He shares his journey of immigrating to the United States and building a successful business. During his time with his company, Binary Tree, he negotiated and closed multimillion-dollar licensing deals with tech giants, IBM and Microsoft. He grew Binary Tree to over 200 employees across 12 countries, ultimately leading to a successful exit to a 4-billion-dollar competitor, Quest Software.
He started AIP Advisory, LLC to advise select founders and CEO's who are looking to scale their company to new heights.
In addition, Steven is a marathoner, ultramarathoner, triathlete, IRONMAN, and mountaineer set to scale all seven summits.
